How To Go From 9-5 Slave To Company CEO

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have your own company? Sure it would be hard to start your own business but it must be possible right? Actually, it’s never been easier.

Thanks to the Internet, not only can you easily have your own company, you can run multiple companies at the same time. The development of the World Wide Web over the past 25 years has given birth to a completely new market that will change the way we ‘work’ forever. Just a few decades ago our choices for work were very limited. The norm was to get a secure job and work your way up with the hope that you may one day run the company.

But those days are long gone. Why waste half a lifetime working your way up when you can jump straight to the top from the comfort of your own home?

Let me introduce myself. My name is Charlie Centa. Back in 2012 I was a 20 year old struggling journalism student who turned on his computer about once a week when forced to do so by some annoying university system so that he could submit an essay. I am now the proud owner of Real Boys Real Toys, a company that sells RC cars and other RC models online, and recent founder of www.sinchronic.com, a lifestyle blog that discusses anything from festivals and fashion to healthy eating and technology.

That’s enough personal advertising from me and enough about my life. What’s important is that you realize that you can do it too!

There are hundreds of ways to make money online but today I’m going to talk you through just 3 business models that I’m quite familiar with and that take almost no money to start up.

Please, don’t think that these are ‘get rich quick’ ideas. They’re far from it. In fact, it actually takes a lot of hard work and time and most people don’t make it because they give up too soon. But I can assure you, prepare to work hard and make a few mistakes, maybe even failures along the way and it will pay off.

No, you won’t be the next Bill Gates flying around in private jets but what you will have, is complete control over your life and the freedom and time to travel around and live wherever you choose. As long as you have a computer and an Internet connection then you too can become the CEO of your own company and reap the benefits.

1. Dropshipping Store:

This is the business model I use for RBRT. The idea is to find a supplier who will ship products directly to your customers in unbranded packaging so that you don’t have to stock a thing. When a customer makes a purchase on your website, you then put in the order with the supplier who sends it straight to your customer.

Unfortunately, this does mean that your profit margins are smaller because you won’t get such good wholesale deals when buying one product at a time but the brilliant thing about this business model is that you don’t buy a single product until you’ve already sold it! And, because you aren’t holding onto any of the stock yourself, it doesn’t matter where you are in the world. Take me for example, RBRT is an English company that only sells to the UK and I’m currently living in Spain.

You can easily sell products on Amazon and Ebay but if you want to put in the time and effort to take it a bit further you can create you own brand with it’s own website. Or why not do all three!

2. Affiliate Site

:

There are thousands of companies out there that offer affiliate programs which allow you to create personalized links to their products that you can then place on your website. If anyone should click on your link and go on to make a purchase on the company’s website, you’ll receive a commission for that purchase. Sounds easy right?

Not exactly. You’ve got to put in a lot of time produce hundreds of articles all targeting the same niche and build up a large audience but once you get the hang of selling someone else’s products, there’s really nothing to it.

All you’ve got to do is pick a product that already sells well and has high demand and sell it to people. It could be a product such as iPhones, a service such as IT training or even software such as Microsoft Office.

The biggest and most challenging market for affiliate sites is probably online gambling but if you do it well, you can easily be making a 6-figure salary from selling someone else’s products.

3. Blog

Creating a blog is one of the most common ways to make money on the Internet but often the most enjoyable. It gives you the opportunity to make money whilst writing about something you love. Build up enough articles and you’ll start to make a name for yourself in your target niche and that only means one thing – money.

Throw in a load of cleverly placed advertising and even some affiliate links and you can watch your articles generate money for years and years.

It’s down to you…

So there you have it. A brief An extremely brief introduction to making money online. Now it’s up to you to do the rest.

Go and start investigating and see where it takes you. If you’re anything like me, it could change your life forever.
