Media consumption has evolved; over the past few years we have seen an important growth and diversification of music and video streaming services.
In 10 years, the number of streaming services has increased x10 and internet video to TV doubled in only a year. The video will represent 80% of our total time spent online by 2018. Users want freedom: freedom of choice (content) and freedom of access (desktop, mobile, tablet, TV, car), how provide such a thing?
A startup, Foxer, wants to simplify the way to consume media:
By giving access to all the major content platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion, SoundCloud…), users can play any song or video within a single player, save and share them. No need to juggle between different services. Welcome to a new, easy and fun media consumption experience.
A beta is available for the past few weeks on desktop. They have just released a new features that let’s you connect and import your content directly from your YouTube and Deezer accounts, pretty handy!
You can have a look to their beta right here: http://landing.foxer.co/tv-en/
