This is a very popular game which could be played for employee bonding. The players sit in a circle and one person whispers something to the player beside them. Then the player passes it on to a third player and so on. 

This results in a fun environment as the word or a sentence gets twisted until it reaches the last player. 

Two Sides ofaCoin 

This game is played by two players, in which the first player shares a bad experience of their life and the second player presents a good side of that same story to the first player. After this, the players switch roles.
