If someone has the pieces you need in stock, and they’re charging you a reasonable price, that’s a couple of major points in their favor. If the person who you’re dealing with seems rude or surly, though, you will likely not want to give them your business.
Customer service matters in any industry. If this company does not seem to want your business, there is no reason to give it to them. You can just as easily go with a competitor who’s friendly and helpful.
They Can Ship You the Pieces Immediately
If you find an angle iron manufacturer that has what you need, and the price is right, you should next ensure that they can ship you the pieces immediately. If they’re local, perhaps you can have them within a day or two. If they’re farther away, you should make sure they can have your order on a truck and headed your way with no delays.
If the angle iron manufacturer you find fits all of these criteria, they’re probably a good choice.
