Your company pours a lot into advertising. After all, no one will find your business if you don’t give them open, obvious ways to do so. Social media can be one of your greatest marketing tools if you learn to use it right and reach the people of your intended audience.

  5. Be personable. With one or two exceptions, social media is a place people want interactions, and the human touch can be a crucial difference between a happy repeat customer and an annoyed one-time user. 
  6. Be helpful. You’ll generate more consistent interactions and purchases from followers who don’t feel like you’re constantly harassing them, begging them to buy from you. Instead, create high-quality content that benefits your readers’ lives, and they’ll like and follow much more readily. 
  7. Be integrative. Your social media accounts can be a fantastic tool, but only if you integrate it with the rest of your marketing efforts. Ad campaigns, inbound leads, links to your website, and statistic monitors are all crucial to the effectiveness of your social media marketing efforts.
